Calscapes has been keeping Calgary properties protected and moving for over 20 years. We're a full-service landscaping, construction, and snow & ice removal company, and unlike a lot of shops out there, we run entirely in-house crews — no subcontractors, no guesswork on who shows up to your site.

We're hiring Snow Removal Laborers for the winter season to join our commercial and residential crews.

What you'll do

- Shovel and clear snow from sidewalks, entrances, and walkways
- Apply salt and sand/ice melt
- Support equipment operators on-site (spotting, hand work in tight areas)
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Work as part of a crew responding to snow events, often on short notice

What we're looking for

- Able to work outdoors in cold, physically demanding conditions




- Comfortable with early mornings, evenings, weekends — snow doesn't keep business hours
- Reliable transportation to the office
- Previous landscaping, construction, or snow removal experience is an asset but not required — we'll train the right person
- Team player who takes pride in the work
