This position involves developing and executing EMI test procedures while collaborating with various teams within L3Harris. You will provide critical guidance on compliance with EMI testing standards and direct customer interaction for project success. Supporting Lean Six Sigma initiatives and equipment calibrations is also part of your role.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage EMI testing projects with a focus on quality outputs • Execute EMI testing at company and external facilities • Produce qualification test reports for stakeholders • Develop EMI-centered test plans for current product launches • Guide engineers in EMI/EMC performance evaluation
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience • Deep understanding of MIL-STD and RTCA standards • Programming skills in Matlab or Python preferred • Experience with electro-optical and motion control systems • Excellent communication and organizational skills
