Your Next Challenge Reporting to the Maintenance Reliability Supervisor, you will be a key member of the Maintenance Department and collaborate closely with the operations, planning, reliability, and maintenance execution teams.

Your role is responsible for applying reliability and maintenance best practices and principles to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of asset management strategies aimed at enhancing mobile and fixed equipment performance and reducing downtime.





As the Reliability Specialist, you will evaluate equipment failure modes and utilize condition monitoring data to identify improvement opportunities. You will contribute to improving equipment performance and availability through data-driven analysis, proactive maintenance strategies, and Kaizen initiatives, while upholding Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and environmental standards.

- Analyze maintenance data, failure trends and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities;
- Support development and optimization of PMs, PdMs and condition-based maintenance plans;
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits and continuous improvements;
- Conduct and support RCFA activities for significant failures and recurring issues;
- Assist in planning and executing reliability improvement projects;
- Provide engineering support to maintenance execution teams during troubleshooting and shutdowns;
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Agnico Eagle’s Health & Safety Code of Conduct;
- Promote safe work practices and environmental standards.

What You Need To Succeed

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Reliability, Electrical, or related);
- Registered as a P.Eng, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP, CRE, CRL or MMP),



Project Management Professional (PMP), CMMS proficiency (JDE, SAP, Maximo, etc.), Knowledge of Lean methodologies;
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering in mining or heavy industry;
- Reliability, Mechanical maintenance, Project Management, Continuous Improvement;
- Strong understanding of mobile equipment (e.g., haul trucks, shovels, drills, etc.) and fixed equipment (e.g., crushers, conveyors, etc.);
- Maintenance and Reliability principles;
- Knowledge of machinery and of mining operations;
- Knowledge of lubrication, thermography, and other condition monitoring techniques;
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling process;
- Proficiency in Project Management and in Continuous Improvement;
- Management of Change (MOC);
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS);
- Health, safety, and environmental regulations;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar);
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Note that the official working language at Meadowbank Complex is English.

Your Work Schedule

- Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest;
- Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
