Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project & Delivery Manager supporting international technology initiatives across the America's region. This role is an existing vacancy opening. You will be responsible for leading market launches, technology implementations, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness activities across multiple countries and business partners.

You will act as the primary delivery lead between product, engineering, operations, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and scalable technology solutions.

Must Have Skillsets

- 7+ years of Project Management, Delivery Management, Implementation Management, Consulting, or related technology experience
- Experience leading technology implementations across multiple countries, markets, or regions
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Experience working directly with franchisees, business partners, vendors, or external customers
- Hands-on experience with UAT, testing, deployments, go-live support, and operational readiness
- Vendor management and third-party coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating project plans, executive updates, status reports, risk logs, and implementation schedules




- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, reporting platforms, AI tools, and collaboration platforms
- Willingness to travel internationally

Nice to Have Skillsets
- Retail, restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or multi-unit operations experience
- Experience supporting new market or country launches
- Technology assessment and vendor evaluation experience
- Experience building governance, reporting, and implementation frameworks
- Knowledge of technology ecosystems involving multiple vendors and operational partners
- Additional language proficiency beyond English
- Experience working with global technology enablement or international expansion programs

Compensation

$80/hr to $100/hr CAD.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
