Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Static Armed Security Guard to uphold safety and security at our designated facility. In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense, maintaining a visible security presence while monitoring for potential threats or suspicious activity. Your primary responsibility is to protect personnel, property, and assets through proactive surveillance, strict access control, and immediate response to incidents.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a constant security presence at designated static posts to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorization of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor premises, identifying unusual or potentially hazardous behavior
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as necessary
- Perform routine inspections of the facility’s perimeter and interior to identify vulnerabilities or safety hazards
- Document all security activities through detailed shift reports, incident logs,



and surveillance records
- Enforce loss prevention policies by observing and intervening in theft or vandalism attempts

Skills

- Strong knowledge of law enforcement procedures and protocols for maintaining safety and order
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques and operation of CCTV systems for continuous monitoring
- Experience in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious activities quickly and accurately
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding decisively to emergencies or security breaches
- Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and collaborating with team members or authorities
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts
