Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing and ceiling installations
- Construct steel stud frameworks, ensuring precise measurements and secure assembly according to specifications
- Set up T-Bar ceilings efficiently, aligning grid systems and installing ceiling tiles with accuracy
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Strong ability to read blueprints,
schematics, and technical drawings for accurate construction execution
- Experience with steel stud framing, drywall, and T-Bar ceiling systems preferred.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, levels; familiar with power tools including screw guns and cutting tools
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for lifting or material transport
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding work while adhering to safety standards
