About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, engaging coach to teach hands-on STEM projects to students in Grades 1–12. Our coaches are the heart of our program — if you love working with kids and want to build their problem-solving and engineering skills in a fun, innovative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Deliver our STEM curriculum to students in Grades 1–12 (full training provided)
- Engage and manage a classroom of 4–6 students, adapting lessons creatively to keep them interested
- Troubleshoot and support students working through lessons and projects
- Assess student progress each class and identify areas for improvement
- Report daily progress to the center director
- Uphold our high standard of education

What We're Looking For

- Recently graduated or Currently enrolled in or a graduate of an undergraduate program in science, technology, engineering, or math
- Verifiable experience working with children




- Coding exposure is an asset
- Creative, energetic, positive, and kid-friendly
- Self-motivated, independent, and genuinely passionate about teaching kids
- Volunteer work or a year of teaching experience is a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to reliably get yourself to our Surrey Guilford and Coquitlam location on time
- Willing to undergo and clear a background check before employment

Schedule

- Weekday evenings, 3:30 PM–8 PM
- Saturdays only, 10 AM–2 PM
- Closed Sundays and major holidays
- Arrive 15 minutes before class start time
