Legacy Jewellers is looking for an experienced Jewellery Store Manager to join our team in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

We’re seeking a confident, motivated leader with proven jewellery industry experience and previous management experience. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both the business side of retail and the personal connections that make jewellery so special.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day success of Legacy Jewellers. You’ll lead our team, create an exceptional customer experience, and help maintain the high level of service our customers have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support, and motivate the store team
- Oversee daily store operations and sales
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service
- Build strong relationships with clients and our local community
- Support sales goals and business growth
- Assist customers with engagement rings, bridal jewellery, custom designs, repairs, gifts, and more
- Maintain merchandising and presentation standards
- Oversee inventory and help ensure accurate inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and development




- Represent Legacy Jewellers with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

- Previous jewellery industry experience is required
- Previous retail management experience is required
- Strong knowledge of fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, and watches
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A natural ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Confident making decisions and taking initiative
- Professional, personable, and approachable
- A genuine passion for jewellery and working with people
