As a member of the MHSU Aftercare team, you will address the needs of adults facing serious mental health and substance use challenges. Your independence and strong knowledge of complex mental health issues will help you engage effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities: • Perform assessments and crisis intervention strategies • Offer tailored case management and referrals • Lead individual and group psychotherapy sessions • Consult with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care • Educate clients and families on mental health issues
