About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Sublimation Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating sublimation presses to produce high-quality customized products. Your primary duties will involve setting up and operating the press,
monitoring the sublimation process, and ensuring the final products meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation
· Set up and operate sublimation presses according to standard operating procedures.
· Load and unload substrates( up to 50lbs of unbacked polyester fabric) onto the press.
· Adjust press settings, including temperature and time, to achieve desired results
(preventing any bleeding and ghosting).
· Monitor the sublimation process to ensure optimal quality and efficiency.
Quality Control:
· Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, Bleeding, ghosting and
· overall appearance.
· Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the sublimation
· process.
· Implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
Material Handling:
· Organize and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
· Properly dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
Safety Compliance:
· Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper handling of
· chemicals and equipment.
· Wear appropriate safety shoes.
· Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications:
· Experience:2 to 3 years of previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in sublimation printing, is preferred.
· Technical Skills: Basic understanding of sublimation printing techniques and equipment.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
· Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members to achieve
· production goals.
Schedule:
· Night shift: 11pm -7am
· Full-time, Monday to Friday
