Join our dynamic team as a Supervised Behaviour Therapist (SBT), where you'll play a vital role in supporting children with diverse behavioural and developmental needs. Responsibilities

- Implement individualized behaviour intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Observe and record behavioural data accurately to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Support children during therapy sessions, encouraging positive behaviours and skill development.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all sessions, observations, and progress notes in compliance with privacy standards.
- Assist with patient care activities, including basic health monitoring and ensuring a safe environment for children.




- Running the 1:1/ dyad/ triad/ group sessions as written and trained by the RBA

Qualifications

- Experience working with children/ teens/ adults in 1:1 ABA therapy sessions (MUST)
- Knowledge of special education principles and behavioural intervention strategies.
- Skilled in data collection methods to monitor behavioural trends and treatment outcomes.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in behaviour analysis or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident.
- Must have a vulnerable screening test (within 6 months)
