REQUIREMENTS

- Community College Diploma in Social Services or University Degree in Social Sciences. Related experience preferred. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated Commitment to Community Living
- Demonstrated Commitment to and experience in, Person Centered Planning
- Experience & flexibility in different areas across the Association
- Commitment in involving people to become more involved in their communities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Demonstrated experience through Core Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to work within a larger day supports team
- Comfortable with personal care
- Ability to complete Q-Straint process and drive wheelchair accessible vehicles
- This requires the successful candidate to have a valid Ontario Driver’s License.



The successful candidate would have to provide proof that s/he has a valid driver’s license upon being hired.
