- Conduct structured telephone or virtual interviews, coordinate interviews, complete reference checks, and prepare offer documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding from accepted offer through start date, including documentation, internal handoffs, schedules, system requests, and manager readiness.
- Plan and deliver new hire orientation and improve onboarding materials based on feedback from new employees and managers.
- Build relationships with post-secondary institutions, industry partners, community organizations, and other sources of talent.
- Represent Brunswick Lift Rentals at career fairs, recruitment events,

and community networking opportunities, as appropriate.
- Support employer-branding initiatives and work with Marketing to improve the company’s visibility on relevant recruitment channels.
- Help improve applicant tracking, recruitment workflows, templates, reporting, and hiring-manager resources.
- Monitor recruitment activity, candidate sources, hiring progress, and feedback to identify practical opportunities for continuous improvement.

What Makes You Successful

- You are a self-starter who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, and follows through without waiting for detailed direction.
- You are comfortable building and improving recruitment processes in a growing, multi-location organization.
- You believe every candidate and new hire interaction contributes to our reputation as an employer of choice.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, employees, educational partners, and community representatives.
- You can manage multiple vacancies, interviews, offers, onboarding activities, projects, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- You balance independent ownership with strong collaboration across Human Resources, Marketing, branch teams, and leadership.
- You use sound judgment, protect confidential information, and apply fair, consistent, and job-related recruitment practices.
- You are curious about the business and take time to understand the people, skills, and experience each location needs.
- You look for practical ways to improve recruitment channels, systems, workflows, and the candidate and new hire experience.
