Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons on beauty treatments, skincare techniques, and aesthetic procedures tailored for adult learners
- Develop and update curriculum content to reflect current industry standards and best practices
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building among students
- Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, written tests, and ongoing feedback
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements in compliance with institutional policies
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to help students transition into professional roles within the beauty industry
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program quality and ensure alignment with industry trends
Requirements
- Proven classroom experience teaching beauty or aesthetician courses at an adult college or similar educational setting
- Must have a Teacher License
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage adult learners
- Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum materials and assessments that meet educational standards
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring beauty professionals
- Relevant certifications or licenses in aesthetics or cosmetology are preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that fosters growth, confidence, and professionalism
