Coco Market in Toronto, ON is looking for one team leader to join our small but mighty team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing the store with the sales associates
- Ordering & inventory management to ensure a balance between cash flow and sufficiently stocked shelves
- Lead, train, and mentor the retail team to ensure exceptional customer service & organization. Scheduling.
- Build strong customer rapport through providing personalized product guidance, resolving issues, & following up on purchases
- Manage and optimize store performance, meeting sales goals and KPIs.
- General store maintenance, cleanliness & organization
- Have an excellent knowledge & understanding of the products we carry & their health perks
- Seek innovative ways to improve sales & customer engagement
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of marketing + sales strategies. Meet with upper management monthly + ad-hoc to review and initiate projects
- Oversee the planning & implementation of merchandising strategies,



in-store & online; highlight new products in a way that showcases the brand & aesthetic of the company

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience / knowledge in nutrition & the health + wellness space
- Ability to take initiative & lead a team of 5-8 employees
- Good time management and the ability to adapt & prioritize multiple tasks & unexpected situations
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in content creation
- Experience working with Shopify & marketing technologies an asset
- Customer-service oriented, a smiley personality that prioritizes customers in a busy environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for the products & company
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Detail-oriented, team player with a can-do attitude
- Can lift a minimum of 35lb
- Available on weekends, and during store hours ranging potentially from 8am-9pm depending on the season
