We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our TELUS/Koodo retail team in Edmonton.

The successful candidate will help customers find the right mobility, internet, and wireless solutions, provide excellent customer service, and support the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their needs
- Recommend suitable TELUS/Koodo products and services
- Assist with new activations, upgrades, and account-related inquiries
- Promote mobility, internet, and other available products and services
- Meet individual and store sales goals
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Complete basic administrative and daily store tasks
- Stay up to date with current products, promotions, and plans

Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and friendly attitude




- Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending products
- Strong ability to learn new products, plans, and systems
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales experience in telecommunications is an asset, but training will be provided
