Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO) within our Atlantic Business Unit, supporting opportunities across digital banking, core banking, and managed services.

The role focuses on technical intake and solutioning, including requirements, scope, SOWs, estimates, risks, dependencies, and coordination of technical contributors through transition to delivery.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead technical intake and solutioning for new opportunities and client requests.

- Translate business requirements into technical scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop SOWs, estimates, proposals, and technical responses.
- Coordinate input from application, integration, cloud, infrastructure, data, security, and operations teams.
- Review estimates and identify risks, gaps, assumptions, dependencies, and scope issues.
- Engage technical specialists and subject matter experts as required.
- Ensure solutions align with client objectives, delivery capabilities, commercial expectations, and organizational standards.
- Support solution reviews, approvals, and transition into delivery or managed services.
- Independent contributor with no direct reports responsibilities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical solutioning, technical consulting, technology delivery, pre-sales, bid management, or a related role.
- Solid technical background across applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, security, data, and operations.
- Experience with SOWs, proposals, technical estimates, or delivery approaches.




- Experience coordinating technical teams and subject matter experts.
- Understanding of APIs, integration, cloud, Agile, DevOps, security, and IT service management.
- Ability to assess scope, effort, risks, dependencies, and operational requirements.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Assets

- Financial services or banking experience.
- Experience with technical intake, solution scoping, estimation, SOWs, or proposals.
- Managed services, service transition, or operational support experience.
- Familiarity with cloud, Agile, DevOps, ITSM, security, risk, privacy, or compliance.
- Relevant professional certifications.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000–$125,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
