Role Overview

We are hiring Technicians to support both snow removal (winter) and lawn care (spring-fall) operations. This hands-on role is ideal for dependable, experienced technicians looking to advance into leadership positions such as Crew Lead or Branch Manager.

Winter Season Responsibilities

- Flexible daytime schedule (typically between 6 AM - 9 PM, depending on snowfall)

- No overnight shifts

- Operate snowblowers, sweepers, and small equipment to clear driveways and sidewalks

- Use our mobile app to view routes, upload photos, and track completion

- Communicate with team leads and dispatch through the app

Summer Season Responsibilities

- Mow, trim,



and edge lawns for residential and commercial properties

- Perform fertilizer and weed control applications (training provided)

- Conduct equipment checks and routine maintenance

- Load/unload trailers and manage daily route prep

- Maintain safety, efficiency, and site quality on every job

Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Proven reliability and attention to detail

- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for scheduling and reporting

- Prior lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal experience required

- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
