Sky-Tech Construction Ltd. is currently seeking a Telecom Tower Rigger / Technician / Lead Hand / Foreman (Telecommunications) to add to our growing team.

Sky-Tech Construction Ltd is a wireless communications construction company that has been serving Western Canada for over 19 years. We are currently seeking experienced Tower Riggers or new candidates who are eager to join an emerging industry. Applicants must possess a valuable work ethic, honesty, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills with the ability to work at heights.

Competitive wages are dependant on experience plus LOA while working out of town. Tool and clothing allowance provided by the employer as well as access to the company wide benefit plan.

Out of town and weekend work is required. Applicants must be able to work in adverse weather conditions (Year-round work). Up to 12 hr shifts.

Drug and Alcohol testing is required.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience specifically in the installation of cellular, microwave and communication structures including but not limited to: guyed towers, self-support towers, and monopole.

Experience

- Rigging or Construction: 1 +year preferred but not required
- Lead Hand / Foreman:



5 +years preferred.

Location:
- Office in Okotoks, AB -15 Minutes south of Calgary – A vehicle will be required as there is no access to transit.
- Work location: various throughout Western Canada with the requirement of reporting to the office for dispatching to specific job sites.

Drivers Licence:
- Class 5 – Required
- Q Endorsement - Asset
- Class 3 - Asset

Language:
- English (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - up to 12 hr shifts - overtime pay
