This full-time position requires your expertise in servicing members’ financial needs while delivering personalized recommendations for SCCU products. You will improve member satisfaction through attentive service and effective problem-solving, all within a supportive credit union setting that prioritizes member well-being.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage member transactions, including deposits and withdrawals • Consult and recommend SCCU services based on member needs • Oversee lobby operations for optimum member flow • Perform cash balancing and maintain account integrity • Provide assistance with ongoing account management
Requirements: • 6+ months of experience in customer service or cash handling • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work full-time on-site • Strong attention to detail for accurate transactions
