About Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Developer who will guide junior developers to enhance their skills and efficiency while focusing on developing and optimizing NLP models using Llama and other LLMs. This role involves collaborating with senior consultants to create AI-driven solutions, analyzing data for actionable insights, and communicating results to stakeholders. The workload includes weekly consulting meetings, ad-hoc support, and limited development hours as needed.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with strong NLP and LLM experience, is required, with proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks essential.

What You Will Do

- Consult and advise an existing team of junior developers so that they may develop quickly and efficiently.

- Develop and optimize NLP models, using Llama and other LLMs.

- Collaborate with senior consultants to understand business needs and craft AI-driven solutions aligned with company goals.

- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

- Communicate technical results and business impact to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

- Continuously research and implement best practices to improve AI models and keep up with advancements in the field.

The workload will be divided as such:

- Consulting:



1-hour meeting per week.

- Ad-hoc consulting: Communication through text, email and quick calls with the team to clarify and explain certain things and align

- Development: On an hourly basis, when required. Should not exceed 3 hours per week at most when needed.

Who You Are

- Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and hands-on experience with Llama.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers.

- Ability to apply AI techniques to solve complex business problems and create tangible value.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with large-scale AI systems and real-world applications of NLP.

- Knowledge of additional machine learning and AI technologies.
