Job Title: Lube Technician

Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks on customer vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
