THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about travel and helping people create lifelong memories? We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and sales-driven Tour Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the process of planning and booking their dream vacations, whether they are exploring the Emerald Isle or discovering other exciting destinations around the world.

You will work remotely and from our Toronto office, connecting with clients via phone, email, and video calls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves travel, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of a growing company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
- Create and present customized tour itineraries for Ireland and other international destinations
- Book tours, accommodations, transportation, and activities across multiple countries
- Provide accurate information about tour details, inclusions, exclusions,



and pricing
- Process bookings and payments accurately using our booking systems
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Build genuine relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported
- Stay up to date on our tour offerings and product knowledge for all destinations
- Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience

WHAT YOU BRING

- Previous experience in travel, customer service, or a related sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and comfort with online tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in the office
- Reliable high-speed internet for work from home days
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
