Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Tractor Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from our customers driveways during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong understanding tractor mechanical operations, as well as the ability to available 24/7 during the winter season.

Ultimately, we are looking for good team members who have positive attitude in the worst weather conditions and all times of the day. Show up when asked and be a positive and productive team member and you will be a excellent fit.

There is potential for year-round employment for an all-star employee.

Duties

- Operate snow tractors to clear snow from designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring all machinery is in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal operations.




- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Respond promptly to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.

Experience

- Proven experience operating compact tractors isn't necessary but preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Candidates with previous experience in the snow removal industry will be preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Experience:

Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
