Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and goods to various destinations while maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. This role offers the opportunity to operate heavy equipment, utilize automotive repair skills, and contribute to the efficient delivery process of our company.

Candidates should possess a valid commercial driver’s license and have experience with freight handling and heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight across designated routes
- Load and unload freight using pallet jacks or Hand bomb
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding delivery schedules and issues




- Assist in warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and inventory management when required

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Experience in commercial driving, freight transportation in mountain regions will be an asset.
- Basic automotive repair skills are a plus
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols diligently
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks as needed
