What We

Offer

Full-Time Veterinarians receive: Competitive annual base salary $150,000 - $180,000

Four 10-hour shifts per week, supporting work-life balance

4 weeks of paid vacation

10 statutory holidays

3 float days

Paid Continuing Education (CE) days Annual CE allowance

Veterinary Information Network (VIN) membership paid by THS

2% RRSP matching program

College of Veterinarians of Ontario (CVO) licensing fees paid in full

Travel insurance What You'll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care through wellness, medical, surgical, and dental services.

Practice evidence-based medicine with compassion and resource-conscious decision-making.

Support accessible veterinary care that strengthens the human-animal bond and improves animal welfare outcomes.

Handle and treat animals using Fear Free, low-stress techniques that prioritize safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

Support and mentor veterinary staff, students, and mentees, and contribute to ongoing learning and career development initiatives.

Contribute to a positive client experience through respectful, empathetic, and professional interactions.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance animal health and welfare outcomes.

What We're Looking For Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid Ontario veterinary licence in good standing

Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Commitment to accessible veterinary care, equity, and cultural humility

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and emotionally meaningful environment Ready to Make a Difference?
