Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage the front desk by checking clients in and out efficiently, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records
- Assist veterinary staff with animal restraint, sample collection, and basic medical procedures under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and reception space to ensure a safe environment
- Support laboratory tasks by preparing samples, recording data, and maintaining laboratory supplies (laboratory experience preferred)
- Educate pet owners on post-treatment care,
medication instructions, and upcoming appointments to promote pet health
- Handle administrative duties such as billing, processing payments, and updating patient records with precision
