Martin Daniel Interiors is seeking a reliable, professional and experienced Warehouse & White Glove Delivery Associate to join our team.

This is a hands-on position combining warehouse responsibilities, showroom support and white glove furniture delivery. We specialize in high-end furniture and interiors, so attention to detail, careful product handling and professional customer service are extremely significant.

The ideal candidate has previous experience handling, moving and installing high-end furniture and understands the level of care required when working inside customers' homes and condominiums.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse

- Unload incoming containers and shipments
- Receive and organize incoming furniture and merchandise
- Match product identification/stickers to incoming and sold merchandise
- Organize and maintain the warehouse
- Prepare sold orders for scheduled deliveries
- Inspect merchandise for condition and accuracy
- Maintain cardboard, packaging and packing materials
- Keep warehouse areas clean, safe and organized

White Glove Delivery

- Assist with approximately 2–3 delivery days per week, depending on business needs
- Work alongside an experienced delivery partner
- Carefully load, transport, unload and place high-end furniture
- Move and install furniture in houses and condominiums
- Protect merchandise and customers' homes during the delivery process
- Provide professional and courteous white glove service
- Assist with furniture assembly and installation as required

Showroom Support

- Assist with changing and moving showroom displays
- Move and position furniture throughout the showroom
- Hang artwork and mirrors
- Assist with general showroom setup as required

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario G driver's licence




- Previous white glove furniture delivery experience strongly preferred
- Experience lifting, moving and installing high-end furniture
- Comfortable handling large, heavy and delicate furniture
- Experience working in houses and condominiums
- Ability to work effectively as part of a two-person delivery team
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting and handling merchandise
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Qualified appearance and grooming
- Polite, respectful and well-mannered when interacting with customers
- Able to represent a high-end furniture and interior design company professionally in customers' homes

Full-Time Schedule Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday: Closed

Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sunday: Closed

Approximately 41 hours per week.

Typically, the position consists of approximately 2–3 delivery days and 2 warehouse days per week, although responsibilities and scheduling will vary depending on business needs.

Compensation

$21–$23 per hour, based on experience.

Part-Time Option

We are also open to discussing a part-time delivery-only position for an experienced candidate.

Approximately 25 hours per week, working:

Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This option is primarily focused on white glove furniture delivery and is best suited to someone with previous professional furniture delivery experience.
