Role Description This full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role is based in Vancouver, BC.
The Warehouse
Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming shipments, verifying documentation, and organizing inventory.
Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, packing orders accurately, labeling and preparing shipments, and staging products for distribution. The role also involves operating warehouse equipment where authorized, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following company procedures for handling products and materials.
The Warehouse
Associate will collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with bottling and production
Participate in weekly production and sales/shipping meetings
Organize stock, unpack the goods received and store them at designated locations in the warehouse
Coordinate the replenishment of stock and organize the movement of products in the storage facility
Ship client orders, load and unload shipments
Verify incoming shipment against invoices to ensure the reception of accurate goods from couriers
Package and label products according to the company standards
Perform clerical tasks and liaise between warehouse associates and customers
Process orders and record the company's sales in the computer systems
Operate machinery, lift or move and operate machinery to move items
Assist with internal inquiries and locating materials
Prepare shipping documentation, package, and strap outgoing shipments
Organize inventory throughout the warehouse
Participate in quarterly physical inventories and ensure accurate counts
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve workplace efficiency
Dispose of scrap materials efficiently
Follow written/verbal instructions, established work routines, promote company goals,
philosophies, and continuous improvement through participation and teamwork
Ideal Candidate
High School Diploma or College Diploma in logistics
Valid driver’s license (nice to have)
At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment with material handling.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities based on tight deadlines
Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills
Robust ability to work with a team and highly collaborative environment, sense of adaptability
Strong communication skills, verbally and written
Strong skills in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
English language proficiency, French is a nice to have
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
