Golf Vault is a growing online golf retailer focused on providing golfers with a great selection of products and an excellent customer experience. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to take the lead on our day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.

About the Role The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for keeping our warehouse operations running efficiently and ensuring products are where they need to be when we need them.

This is a hands-on role with a primary focus on daily outgoing shipments, receiving new inventory and customer returns, warehouse organization, and maintaining accurate inventory through regular cycle counts.

Golf Vault also operates an off-site warehouse for overflow inventory. The Warehouse Coordinator will help manage inventory at this location and coordinate the movement of products between our primary and off-site warehouses. A company vehicle is provided for these transportation duties.

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of the warehouse and getting things done without needing to be micromanaged.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Fulfillment & Shipping

- Process and prepare daily outgoing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for carrier pickup.
- Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Identify and resolve order or product discrepancies before shipments leave the warehouse.

Receiving & Returns
- Receive and verify incoming new inventory against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Unpack, count, inspect, and properly put away new products.
- Receive and process customer returns.

Inventory & Warehouse Organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive primary warehouse.




- Ensure products are stored in the correct locations and are easy to locate.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is accurately reflected in our systems.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as required.

Off-Site Warehouse Management
- Maintain organization and accurate inventory at Golf Vault's off-site overflow warehouse.
- Coordinate the movement of inventory between the primary and off-site warehouses based on business needs.
- Transport products safely between locations using the company-provided work vehicle.
- Load and unload products as required.
- Keep accurate records of inventory transfers between locations.
- Ensure the off-site warehouse remains organized, accessible, and properly maintained.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks at the off-site location.

What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, logistics, or e-commerce experience is an asset. ShipStation and Shopify will be used daily.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized with good time-management skills.
- Dependable and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning inventory/order management systems.




- Comfortable driving the company vehicle to transport inventory between warehouse locations (approximately 15 minutes each way).
- Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Golf equipment knowledge is a strong asset, but not required.

Requirements
- Valid driver's licensce with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and load boxes and golf equipment.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related business field.
