In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organized and running smoothly.

You will work with fragrance products, help prepare online and wholesale orders, keep inventory records up to date, and make sure products are stored and handled safely. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently. o Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. o Oversee the receiving of incoming perfume and fragrance products and make sure they are properly checked and stored. o Oversee and direct administrative operations, including safety inspections, facility maintenance, cleaning, security, parking, signage, and snow removal o Coordinate and supervise the preparation and dispatch of online and wholesale shipments. o Ensure accurate record-keeping by managing electronic data-entry and inventory control systems. o Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues when needed. o Oversee that perfume and fragrance products are stored and handled properly. o Oversee and supervise that the proper procedures are followed when handling products classified as hazardous or dangerous goods. o Maintain required shipping, inventory, and product documentation. o Keep records of inventory, orders, shipments, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.



o Ensure that the workplace health and safety procedures are adhered to o Coordinate with shipping companies, suppliers, customers, and service providers o Identify actionable strategies to enhance facility organization, inventory management, order execution, and overall daily operations. o Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Experience using electronic systems for data entry, inventory, or warehouse records. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily warehouse operations. Good attention to detail, especially when checking orders and inventory. TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) certification is considered an asset.

Experience communicating and coordinating with shipping companies, suppliers, customers, and service providers.
