Job Summary
Landtop Construction Ltd. is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Assistant to help manage our construction materials, tools and equipment.
The successful candidate will organize the warehouse, record incoming and outgoing items, prepare materials for job sites and occasionally pick up or deliver materials.
Responsibilities
- Keep the warehouse clean, protected and organized
- Organize and label construction materials, tools and equipment
- Receive deliveries and confirm quantities
- Record all incoming and outgoing materials and tools
- Maintain a tool sign-out and return record
- Prepare tools and materials for upcoming projects
- Complete regular inventory counts
- Report missing, damaged or low-stock items
- Assist with purchasing materials when requested
- Pick up materials from suppliers
- Deliver tools and materials to job sites using a company vehicle
- Coordinate with office staff and site supervisors
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as required
Qualifications
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving or construction experience is preferred
- Basic computer and Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Willing to learn and follow the company’s inventory system

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 42.0 per week
