Job Overview

We are seeking a personable and highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily wholesale orders to the beverage and hospitality trades, ensure seamless coordination across supply chain functions. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse distribution, and uphold safety standards while maintaining excellent customer service.

Duties

- Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams to manage inventory levels and streamline supply chain processes using supply chain software.
- Oversee the use of warehouse management systems and ERP software to track inventory accuracy, process data analysis, and generate reports for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols by conducting regular safety inspections, managing forklift operations, and maintaining a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to optimize warehouse distribution strategies and improve overall efficiency.
- Implement process improvements related to packaging, order picking,



and shipping workflows to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting with strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently using time management techniques.
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with Windows operating systems and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, e-commerce logistics, packaging standards, and 3PL operations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
- Analytical mindset with data analysis skills for process improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication skills for team management, customer service interactions, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Must be proficient in English and posses superior communication skills.

Pay: $21.50-$22.50 per hour
