Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and proactive Warehouse Team Lead to support and coordinate daily warehouse operations. This position combines physical warehouse work with team leadership, system operation, inventory control, and day-to-day problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound Shipping Oversight: Assist with or be responsible for managing the receipt, inventory count, and shelving of goods, as well as picking, packing, and shipping based on orders.
- Inventory and Data Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile system data with actual inventory, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- On-Site Problem Resolution: Resolve unexpected issues, order delays, or quality problems encountered during operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety procedures (e.g., forklift safety, personal protective equipment) and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Provide regular updates to the direct supervisor on daily warehouse operations, staffing, inventory status, productivity, safety, and any operational issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse management, team lead, or supervisory experience;
- Fluent Mandarin is required; English communication skills are also required.
- Experience in a fulfillment warehouse, logistics warehouse, or e-commerce warehouse is preferred;
- Experience with order fulfillment processes and WMS systems is preferred;
- Strong data tracking and basic analytical skills;
- Previous team management experience with strong communication and organizational skills;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to work under pressure and handle on-site operational issues effectively
Physical Requirements: This is a hands-on warehouse position.
Candidates must be able to:
- Regularly stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
- Frequently bend, reach, squat, push, pull, and perform repetitive warehouse movements.
- Regularly lift, carry, move, and handle cartons, products, and warehouse materials.
- Safely lift and move items weighing up to approximately 50 lbs / 23 kg, individually or with appropriate assistance/equipment where required.
- Work around pallets, forklifts, pallet jacks, racking, loading areas, and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform physical work while maintaining safe working practices.
Preferred Qualifications: The following qualifications are considered assets but are not mandatory:
- Previous warehouse leadership or team lead experience.
- Forklift or reach-truck experience.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Experience with inventory control or cycle counting.
- Experience investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Experience with inbound and outbound logistics.
- Experience with 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, automotive parts, industrial products, or similar warehouse operations.

Standard work schedule of five (5) days per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Entitled to a thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch break. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
