IPEX is one of North America's leading providers of advanced plastic piping systems. We are currently seeking a motivated and safety-focused Warehouse Worker to join our Distribution Centre team in Edmonton, Alberta.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, safely, and on time. The successful candidate will contribute to operational excellence by supporting inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, product quality, and customer service commitments.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker will contribute to operational excellence by supporting inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, product quality, and customer service commitments. Warehousing | Full time | Permanent

Location: 4848 92 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6B 2X4 (view on google maps)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT (40 hours/week)

Starting Pay: $28.02/hour

What You'll Do

Order Picking & Shipping

- Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse technology to complete transactions
- Follow FIFO inventory practices and established warehouse procedures
- Load orders in the proper sequence to support delivery commitments

Material Handling & Equipment Operation

- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Load and unload flatbed and dry van trailers
- Move and organize products throughout the warehouse and yard
- Maintain product integrity while handling materials

Safety, Quality & Productivity

- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Report unsafe conditions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives





What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- Forklift experience, including Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck operation
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management technology
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and dependability
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors as required in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

- Current forklift certification (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Order Picker)
- Customer service experience
- Experience loading and unloading transport trucks
