JOB OPPORTUNITY
WATER TREATMENT PLANT / WASTE MANAGEMENT OPERATOR
Location: Medstead, Saskatchewan
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor water treatment plant/waste management equipment
- Conduct water quality testing and maintain accurate records
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with provincial water treatment regulations
- Respond to alarms, emergencies and operational issues
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications
- Water Treatment Operator certification preferred
- Previous water treatment or municipal experience an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and on-call as required
- Training can be provided if needed
