We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking, and teachable Waterproofing General Labourer to join our growing team. This is a physically demanding role that involves outdoor work, excavation, concrete work, waterproofing installations, and foundation repairs. Previous waterproofing experience is preferred. We will train the right candidate.

Duties and Jobs

- Assist with exterior foundation excavation and waterproofing projects
- Install foundation waterproofing membranes and drainage systems
- Install sump pumps, battery backup systems, and drainage solutions
- Perform foundation crack repairs and basement leak repairs
- Assist with crawlspace encapsulation and moisture control projects
- Operate hand tools, jackhammers, compactors, and power equipment




- Knowledge of a variety of trades including plumbing, carpentry and electrical
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform site preparation and cleanup
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company standards
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills – able to work with both customers and office team members
- Ability to work in trenches, crawlspaces, and confined areas when required
- Must have your own basic tools and phone
- Basic technical /computer skills
- Clean driver's record and valid driver’s license
- Commitment to health and safety requirements
- Be capable of lifting heavy objects daily- More than 50lb and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- A positive, 'can-do" attitude
- IICRC Certification will be preferred and eventually required
- Ability to work a limited rotation of after hours and "on call" shifts
