Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Web Dev (Students/Freshers) at SJA Pathway. In this role, the candidate will support the development and maintenance of web interfaces across SJA Pathway platforms, collaborating with mentors and other team members. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end features, writing clean and structured code, ensuring responsive design across devices,
and assisting with bug fixing and performance improvements.
The candidate will participate in code reviews, follow best practices for web standards, and document work to support ongoing development. This role is designed to provide practical experience, guidance, and portfolio-building opportunities for students and early-career professionals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Web Development and Front-End Development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Responsive Web Design and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in Python (Programming Language) for scripting or backend support.
- Candidates should possess the ability to learn quickly, follow coding best practices, and work with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in cooperative remote environments.
- Enrollment in or completion of coursework in computer science, software engineering, or related fields is beneficial, along with a portfolio or GitHub showcasing relevant projects.
