Minwaashin Lodge is hiring an RSW for weekend shifts to support women and children in a shelter setting in Ottawa. The role involves crisis intervention, administrative tasks, safety and comfort for residents, and assisting with housing arrangements as needed.

The successful candidate will have a post-secondary diploma, experience in a women’s shelter, knowledge of Indigenous healing practices, and a commitment to traumainformed, non-violent care in a quick-paced environment.
