Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator/Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for machining, fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components according to specifications, as well as supporting service calls when required. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well both independently and as part of a team, and is comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and fabricate metal components based on drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and procedures
- Operate welding equipment to weld metal components accurately and safely
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery to cut, shape, and finish metal pieces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive workflow and production timelines
- Perform service calls at various locations as required




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Proven experience as a welder/fabricator or in a similar role
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Solid knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety practices
- Experience operating forklifts and other shop machinery (asset)
- High attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
