Western Canada Sales Manager
North Keg (part of the Evaaro group)
Remote — British Columbia or Alberta · Full-time · $75,000–$100,000 base + bonus
About us
Evaaro operates one of the world's largest circular keg fleets, delivered through established regional businesses in the UK & Ireland, the US and Canada, and a fast-growing European platform. Each business leads its home market; together they form a single connected network for keg leasing, pooling, and servicing.
North Keg is Evaaro's business in Canada, forming part of the US and Canada region. Rather than owning and managing their own keg fleets, our customers rely on us to do it for them, so their beer keeps moving.
Our Culture
We're a close-knit, entrepreneurial team, growing our presence across Western Canada. Leadership here is hands-on and supportive, and everyone is expected to build the kind of relationships that keep the business growing.
We back people who take ownership of their territory, work hard on the road, and treat every customer relationship as their own to build and grow.
Overall purpose of the role The Western Canada Sales Manager owns North Keg's growth across British Columbia and Alberta, building new brewery relationships from the ground up and growing the accounts already in place. This role exists to give North Keg a dedicated, on-the-ground presence in a territory with real growth potential, and to be the trusted point of contact breweries turn to for their keg needs.
Expertise
Experience
- Solid B2B sales experience, ideally in brewing, beverage or packaging
- A track record of building a pipeline and closing new business independently
- Comfortable managing a full territory alone, without day-to-day oversight
Technical Skills
- Manages their CRM to keep account and pipeline data accurate — HubSpot experience helpful
- Holds a valid driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle for regional travel

Collaboration — Works closely with logistics and operations so promises made to customers are kept.
Core responsibilities
This role carries full accountability for new business and account growth across a live, self-managed territory. Judgement calls are frequent and often made alone in the field — from pricing conversations to reading when a prospect is ready to close.

- Owns the relationship with every existing customer in the territory, acting as their main point of contact for anything keg-related.
- Negotiates contract terms and pricing within company guidelines, balancing customer relationship with commercial outcome.
- Represents North Keg at regional trade shows and brewery association events — often the only North Keg presence in the room.
- Feeds customer forecasts and competitive intelligence back to the wider team, shaping how North Keg plans inventory and responds to the market.
- Works closely with logistics, operations and finance to keep onboarding, fulfilment and billing running smoothly for customers in the territory.
What you'll do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new brewery accounts across BC and Alberta
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers as their main point of contact
- Explain the value of keg pooling and rental versus owning a fleet outright
- Represent North Keg at regional trade shows and industry events
- Keep your pipeline and activity accurate and up to date in HubSpot
- Work with logistics and operations to get new customers set up smoothly
What's in it for you
Pay & recognition
- $75,000–$100,000 base salary, plus bonus tied to company performance
- Clear performance expectations; you'll always know where you stand
- Regular recognition for ownership and results
Perks & growth

- Real scope to grow — across functions, not just upward
- Travel and vehicle expenses covered
