About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for QSR and Franchise Operations in Canada. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the performance of a national network of over 350 locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall Canadian operation, including the development and execution of operational strategy, driving sales, profitability, and guest experience, and ensuring consistent brand and operational standards across the network.

Building and maintaining solid relationships with franchisees and key business partners is essential, as is the ability to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and profitability. The role also involves supporting new store openings, network expansion, and partnering with international and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Applicants for this role should be commercially driven,



highly strategic, and possess extensive senior leadership experience within the QSR industry, with a focus on franchise operations. A strong understanding of the Canadian QSR and franchise landscape, as well as experience working across multiple provinces, is required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale operations, excellent commercial and financial acumen, and a highly analytical, data-driven approach to operational performance. The role demands exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on operational leadership.

The Managing Director will also be expected to ensure the business operates in compliance with provincial employment and labor legislation and be willing to travel extensively across Canada.
