Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients experiencing homelessness
- Assist with intake, orientation, and rule enforcement
- Monitor client activities and attend to their needs
- Document incidents and develop recommendations
- Assist with meal preparation and cleanliness of the shelter
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum 10 months experience in a similar setting
- Narcan/Naloxone and First Aid/CPR training required
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work in high-stress environments
