We are in search of a Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Sams Concrete. This role involves supervising 3-4 workers, estimating project costs, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety in office. You'll prepare essential production reports and coordinate project activities while working outdoors in a lively environment.

Requirements:
- Requires a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prepared to work in outdoor and noisy conditions
