As part of a skilled services firm, you will take on responsibilities that shape the Microsoft 365 environments for various clients. This role involves a strong emphasis on deploying Microsoft Copilot and ensuring a secure, efficient, and collaborative workspace through advanced technology solutions.

Engage with client IT teams to tackle challenging issues and enhance system efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy Microsoft 365 environments across platforms
- Lead assessments for Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness
- Implement information governance strategies effectively




- Automate tasks through Power Shell and Microsoft Graph
- Serve as a Level 3/4 escalation for technical issues

Requirements:

- At least 5 years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
- In-depth knowledge of Teams, Share Point, and Exchange Online
- Expertise in security management and remediation
- Experience with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Required Microsoft certifications in relevant fields
