As a key member of Recurrent Energy's Asset Management team, you will oversee financial administration and execution of construction financing activities. Your role will serve as a critical bridge between various departments, ensuring timely construction loan draws and compliance with financing agreements.

Solid analytical skills and attention to detail are essential as you'll manage project finance in a renewable energy context.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead construction loan draw request reviews and submissions




- Reconcile project budgets against actual costs
- Partner with project managers on construction progress
- Maintain comprehensive financial reporting on projects
- Identify compliance risks and support audits

Requirements:

- Over 5 years in project finance or construction finance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
- Experience in renewable energy projects preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
