Key Responsibilities:

- Process a variety of microbiological specimens
- Read and report on bacterial cultures accurately
- Manage laboratory instrumentation operations and troubleshooting
- Oversee quality management processes and audits
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues in the lab

Requirements:

- Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or BMLS
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Recent microbial culture reporting experience required
- CSMLS certification or eligibility
- Proven organizational and teamwork capabilities
