Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will partner with leadership to tackle employee relations issues, compliance, and talent initiatives. Focused on one of our largest higher education accounts, your proactive collaboration will directly influence employee experiences and operational success.

A full-time on-site presence and travel across locations are expected to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on HR policies and employee relations matters
- Support and guide recruitment and onboarding processes




- Mentor leaders on workplace performance and conflict resolution
- Foster employee engagement efforts in the workplace
- Manage leave of absence cases and compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience with relevant skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong relationship-building and coaching capabilities
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
