Key Responsibilities:
• Lead proposal submissions from start to finish • Oversee proposal schedules and compliance checks • Create content including project descriptions and qualifications • Work with teams to develop cohesive narratives • Support continuous improvement in proposal strategies
Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in proposal development • Excellent writing and editing capabilities • Experience in rapid-paced environments with tight deadlines • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency • Familiarity with Adobe tools is highly desirable
