St. Isidore Co-op Limited is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Fertilizer Shed & Warehouse Attendant. This is a hands-on, full-time position that plays a key role in our crop input operations.

Class 1 or 3 preferred to assist with deliveries. Prior experience operating wheel loader, skid steer and forklift preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with blending, receiving and shipping of dry fertilizer.
- Operate equipment including wheel loader, skid steer (Bobcat) and forklift.
- Support maintenance and handling of dry fertilizer facility, crop protection warehouse and general yard duties as required.
- Support maintenance of NH3 Anhydrous Ammonia equipment, and deliveries.
- Would include delivery of seed and crop protection products to customers.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods as required.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that all items are stored correctly.
- Assist in the shipping, receiving, and organization of seed and crop protection products in the warehouse.
- Assist with product deliveries of seed and crop protection products.
- Build and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Proficient in operating forklifts, wheel loaders, and skid steer. Training will be provided.
- Strong capability for heavy lifting and physical endurance.
- Experience with warehouse distribution processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment procedures and inventory management.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues effectively. Looking for a candidate who is mechanically inclined who can assist with repairs and maintenance of equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
